We had a large yard party, so tried BnE's carry-out. Ordered the lemon chicken and veggie, cheese & fruit trays, and a tasty dessert tray. Everyone loved the food, which was ready as promised and very fresh. Gotta recommend Bub-N-Ella's, again!

We were walking the boardwalk and the kids wanted to eat. We went over because we saw the Coney island sign, but kids won the vote with pizza. So glad they did. They all said it was the best pizza ever. Hubby had a meat pizza and I had one bite. The meat was so good, not cheap meat that most places provide because it is "just pizza". This meat was quality stuff. I had the eggplant parm which was also very good. Service was fantastic with them bringing it out and leaving chairs out for us despite our near closing dining on their patio. Super nice owners. The kids said we have to come back here everyday...unlikely since it is a 1.5 hour drive, but we will return when passing through.

This is best pizza around. The new york style is delicious and the margarita pizza is excellent. All the pasta dishes and salads are top notch. The staff is always friendly and the food is on point. I recommend Bub and Ella's to anyone who wants quality pizza. I never had a bad experience there.

We LOVE this place!!! I grew up in NJ (moved away when I was 26), and I have to say that Bub-N-Ella's is definitely NJ/NY pizza. It is one of the things I've missed most since moving. It's a hard concept to grasp if you're not accustomed to this style pizza, or have never had it. It's the only type of pizza I've known, and I had no idea how incredible it actually was until moving away and not being able to get it. It took a lot of time to convince my husband (who grew up in FL & MI) that the Little Cesars and Hungry Howies pizza's that he's loved so much were not REAL pizzas. He didn't understand what I meant by "real pizza", until we took a trip out to NJ. All of the ingredients are so fresh.. the sauce, the cheese, the dough, the spices. And that is EXACTLY what Bub-N-Ella's is. It is amazing!! We won't eat pizza from anywhere else, and that includes my husband who previously swore his soul to Hungry Howies. We were so lucky to stumble across Bub-N-Ella's... it is by far the best pizza outside the Tri-State area. As for the staff... They're incredible! Family owned and operated, like a true pizzeria! The owners are from Brooklyn, so trust them to make you a good pizza, you won't regret it!! The Cheesy Garlic Sticks are phenomenal, and the cannoli's are the best you will find anywhere in the area. Tip: Order the New York style pizza, plain. It's the best way to eat a NJ/NY pie... all the other toppings take away from the amazing fresh taste of the spices and cheese. (Bub-N-Ella's seasons their pies perfectly!) Yea so I might be a tad passionate about my pizza lol but I promise that you will not regret going here. We travel 30min. to Bub-N-Ella's, despite the other half dozen pizza establishments near us. Bub-N-Ella's is a true pizzeria! You will love it! Wish I could rate them with more than just 5 stars :)

Had pizza and ravioli. Food was delivered hot and tasted great. Do not forget to order the canolis for desert. I would recommend the New Yorker pizza.

Great "New York Style" pizza. We prefer it without toppings, the herbs, sauce and tomatoes are perfect as is. The "White" pizza is nice for a change. They also do good cannoli's and amazingly good ribs (go figure). Carry out

Wonderful pizza! You have to try the white and Chicago! Their Italian dinners are top notch too! Love the lemon chicken dinner and eggplant parm! Huge servings with nice side choices! Can't leave without a cannoli or two!

We were staying at the St. Clair Inn and ordered a carryout pizza. The best pizza I have had in a long time. The sauce and the crust are great! We ordered a square w pepperoni, ham, mushroom and green olive. They did not skimp on the toppings. It was a good balance of crust, sauce and toppings. We will definately come back. Either when staying at the Inn or taking a drive out to St. CLAIR. Would also like to try other items from their menu. They say that everything is made from scratch except for their ravioli.

Definitely the best authentic NY pizza in St. Clair county. Try the NY white or calzones and thank me later. We absolutely love this place and eat there once a week. Great prices, better food.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
